Faulty Fan Blade

A defective water inlet valve can prevent your ice maker from producing ice. This problem is usually caused by a worn out or damaged part, and it will need to be replaced for the issue to be resolved.
Defective Ice Maker Module
This part is responsible for controlling the ice production cycle in your U-Line ice maker. If it is not working properly, your ice maker will not be able to produce any ice. Replacing the ice maker module should resolve this issue.
Low Water Pressure
Low water pressure can also cause issues with your ice maker. Make sure the water line connected to your U-Line ice maker is providing an adequate flow of water, and if not, you may need to replace it.
Failed Ice Level Control Board
Failed door switches and ice level control boards can also cause problems with your U-Line ice maker. Check the wires and connections to make sure they are secured, and if not, contact a U-Line appliance repair technician to resolve the issue.

Almost every U-Line is installed under a counter, in an island, or built into outdoor cabinetry, and that changes the job. The unit has to come out to be worked on, the front ventilation grille has to stay clear or the compressor will keep failing, and a custom door panel has to go back on square or the seal will not hold. Get any of that wrong and the same complaint comes back in a month.
We pull the unit, service it, and reinstall it level and properly ventilated. On ice makers we check the full water path (supply line, inlet valve, pump and drain) rather than just swapping the module, because a starved or blocked line is usually what killed it. We carry U-Line gaskets, fans, thermistors, inlet valves and control boards, so most repairs finish on the first visit.
